Angela Watts is the Library Services Director and a Professor at JSBC. She holds a Master’s of Education in Curriculum and Instruction Degree from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, a Master of Library Sciences Degree from the University of North Texas, and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education Degree from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.

She has more than a decade of award-winning library management experience, along with years of classroom experience.
