Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies Program Details

The purpose of the Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies Degree is to equip Spirit-anointed students with a balanced biblical and general education foundation for ministry or for baccalaureate degree programs of their choice.

Upon completion of this degree program, the student should be able to: 

  1. Articulate a biblical worldview based on a balance of Bible, theology, and general education; 

  2. Choose from a range of career choices for which the degree will be foundational; 

  3. Demonstrate ability to fill a supportive role in a variety of church ministries; 

  4. Demonstrate knowledge and appreciation of the Bible as outlined in the objectives of the Biblical Studies Department; and

  5. Demonstrate knowledge and appreciation of general education as outlined in the objectives for the General Education Department. 

Students pursuing an Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies Degree must follow the degree plan outlined below.
